David Bender

David Bender - President & CEO David brings more than 35 years of banking and EFT/ATM experience to EPS. Prior to his founding of EPS, he owned and managed Atlantic NOLA, a leading ATM Company in the enclosed mall and hotel industry. His corporate experience also includes senior management positions for one of the largest ATM deployers in the country. In 1994, David expanded a small 100-unit company into one valued at over $72M by December 2004. From 1983 to 1998, Mr. Bender was a banker, winning numerous sales awards. In 1997, he successfully piloted a new retail concept becoming the leading sales branch of the largest bank holding company in the State of Louisiana.

Donna Bender - Chief Operating Officer

Donna has extensive history with building strong and lasting relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, merchants, and referral partners. Donna's focus is to complement and broaden our partner’s relationship with their clients and deliver cost competitive customized credit card acceptance programs for them and individual merchants. As a payments industry veteran, known for her extensive knowledge and integrity, Donna builds long-lasting relationships. Prior to joining EPS, Donna held commercial business positions with several large financial institutions in Louisiana.
